Search the property factor register

The register lets you search online to find out:

  • if a property factor is registered to provide services in Scotland
  • who the property factor is for a certain property address or area of land
  • the latest number of properties a property factor manages (based on information provided to the register as required by the Act)

Before you start

You'll need one of the following:

  • name of the property factor
  • address of the property
  • location of the land
